Job Description:

Our small, inviting office is seeking an energetic, driven Inside Sales/Recruiter to add to our Assisting Hands Tampa Bay team. This role is very meaningful and has a significant impact on the overall growth and success of the business! Are you up to the challenge?

Compensation/Benefits:

· This is a Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm and weekends off opportunity!

· Compensation Base of $14-$16/hr. plus performance Bonus!

· 13 days of PTO per year! You decide how and when you want to use it!

· Office is centrally located in Tampa and easily accessible!

Job Duties:

· Calling and recruiting new caregivers

· Coordinate with the Scheduler to understand current staffing needs

· Work with the Director of Nursing to orientate new HHA’s and CNA’s

· Answering the phones

· Office tasks
