Are you looking for a challenging, rewarding and fast paced opportunity with a growing home health agency? Assisting Hands Tampa Bay is looking for a talented individual who can help take our agency to the next level. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: able to multi-task, comfortable on the phone speaking to clients and caregivers, able to speak comfortably in groups or in a one to one setting, understands computer software and able to effectively use tools provided by Assisting Hands Tampa Bay.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hiring Caregivers
  • Placing job listings
  • Give description of job responsibilities
  • Assist caregivers in filling out necessary new hire paperwork.
  • Train new caregivers on policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain personnel files
  • Answer the phone
  • Perform other office duties as needed
  • Scheduling
Qualifications:

  • Previous Home Health experience preferred
  • AS/BS/BA preferred, but will consider high school graduate
  • Strong computer skills required and prior experience with a database system desired
  • Able to problem solve and think outside the box
  • Must be a team player with the ability to multi-task
  • Possess excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of working with a diverse workforce and client base as well as various elder care service agencies.
Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
